Hello Peers,

Today my mother-in-law is going through a lot of scary health issues :*(. Her caretaker is a member of the family and is overwhelmed by it all. My M-in-Law is on the way to the hospital for the second time today. This is a good way to discuss handling intense stress. As I only have a moment, I will discuss it more in-depth, later. For now, we all need to remember that life continues despite our personal battle to life Well with pain. Learning to move as fast as one can in emergency situations is important. We need to have a list handy for how to move! What do you bring with you, how will you remain comfortable, are remembering to breathe from your diaphragm and who is your support person/system during this time.
